No. Justinus is not a marketplace and does not connect patients with new providers. We work within existing therapeutic relationships, helping providers and patients improve communication and continuity through structured feedback.
After a therapy session, patients receive a brief, structured reflection form. Their responses are analyzed and summarized into clear insights for the provider. This helps identify alignment gaps, track patterns over time, and support more responsive care.
The forms are intentionally minimal. It is designed to capture meaningful information without adding burden.
Justinus is designed to reduce administrative burden, not increase it. The feedback forms are short, and summaries are delivered in a structured, easy-to-review format. The goal is to surface meaningful insights efficiently.
Research consistently shows that therapeutic alliance (the quality of the relationship between patient and provider) is one of the strongest predictors of outcomes. Structured feedback helps strengthen that alliance by identifying misalignment early and reinforcing collaboration.
The core structure is standardized to preserve clinical integrity and consistency over time. In future phases, we plan to introduce limited customization while maintaining comparability and methodological rigor.
Justinus does not intervene directly. Instead, it surfaces patterns or signals to the provider so they can address them thoughtfully in session. The goal is early awareness and not automated escalation.
Providers receive structured summaries. Providers may choose how to incorporate feedback into sessions. The goal is to support conversation, not replace it.
Data is stored securely to allow longitudinal insight and continuity of care. However, patients and providers retain agency. If a patient leaves the platform and requests deletion, their data can be removed in accordance with our data policies.
